ApSIC Xbench Extension: Instant QA for CAT Tools
The ApSIC Xbench Chrome Extension is a powerful tool that allows you to run instant quality assurance (QA) checks on your translation projects in popular cloud-based computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools. With just one click, you can seamlessly integrate ApSIC Xbench 3.0 with Matecat, Memsource, Transifex, Smartcat, or Crowdin.
For Matecat users, simply open a Matecat job in the online editor and click on the Xbench icon next to the address bar. This will launch Xbench and load the Matecat job, enabling you to run QA on your translations. If you come across a translation issue in Xbench, you can easily fix it by selecting the segment, pressing Ctrl+E, and automatically opening the Matecat editor at that specific segment.
Memsource users can open their projects or edit files within the project, and then click on the Xbench icon to run QA checks. Similarly, Transifex, Smartcat, and Crowdin users can open their respective projects, select the desired language or document, and click on the Xbench icon to initiate QA checks.
Please note that you need to have Xbench 3.0 build 1350 or later installed on your system. You can download Xbench 3.0 from the official website.
The ApSIC Xbench Extension streamlines the QA process, allowing CAT tool users to easily identify and fix translation issues, ensuring high-quality translations for their projects.
